CHAKANA ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Thomas (Tom) Wharton Jr. has retired from Chakana Copper Corp.'s board of directors, effective immediately. He is a founder of the company and served as a director for the past eight years.
Chakana president and chief executive officer David Kelley commented: "Tom was instrumental in the formation of Chakana Copper at the end of 2016, and has been an active and engaged director since 2018. The company is grateful for his service and wishes him the best in retirement."
