PERUVIAN METALS TO EXTEND WARRANTS
Peruvian Metals Corp. intends to amend the terms of 10 million outstanding warrants of the company that are set to expire Sept. 27, 2025.
The company has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date for all of the warrants to Dec. 31, 2025. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
Ten million warrants were originally issued on Sept. 27, 2024, as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the company in September, 2024. Since the issuance, no warrants have been exercised. The warrant extension is subject to the approval of the TSX-V.
