PERUVIAN METALS CORP. CLOSES ACQUISITION OF 50% INTEREST IN SAN MAURIZO MINES INC.

Further to its press release dated Feb. 28, 2024, Peruvian Metals Corp. has closed its acquisition of a 50-per-cent interest in San Maurizo Mines Inc., a private Manitoba-based company. Pursuant to the transaction, Peruvian Metals has issued 2.5 million common shares to the vendor in order to acquire the interest in San Maurizo following receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval. This strategic collaboration paves the way for both entities to collectively develop the promising Mercedes gold-silver-lead-zinc-copper mineral property, situated in central Peru.
