PACIFIC EMPIRE ANNOUNCES FULLY SUBSCRIBED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. has arranged a fully subscribed, non-brokered private placement financing of 10 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of eight cents for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the offering.

The funds will be used for exploration on its flagship Trident copper-gold-silver porphyry project and for general working capital purposes.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or around April 30, 2024, and is subject to all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
