The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,646,581 common shares at a price of four cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $65,863.20.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 136,165 common shares at a price of five cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $6,808.23.
