POLLARD BANKNOTE ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND

Pollard Banknote Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a cash dividend of five cents per common share for the period from July 1, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2025. Payment will be made on Oct. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2025.
