POLLARD BANKNOTE ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND

Pollard Banknote Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a cash dividend of four cents per common share for the period from April 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023. Payment will be made on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2023.
