IMPACT ANALYTICS UNAWARE OF REASON FOR TRADING HALT

Impact Analytics Inc. is aware that the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization has temporally suspended the trading of its common shares.

The company became aware of the trading halt pursuant to the CIRO bulletin issued earlier today. The company has not otherwise been notified by CIRO or the Alberta Securities Commission of the reason for the trading halt, nor does SEDAR+ indicate that the company is subject to a cease trade order or is otherwise in default under applicable securities legislation as of close of business on Feb. 29, 2024.

The company is working expeditiously to obtain further information in connection with the cease trade order and will provide an update in due course.
