OWL ANNOUNCES REPRISING ITS PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT.

One World Lithium Inc. has repriced its non-brokered private placement, originally announced on April 30, 2026.

Under the revised terms, the offering will consist of up to 20 million units at a price of 4.5 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $900,000.
