ONE WORLD LITHIUM ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Effective on Dec. 5, 2025, One World Lithium Inc. will amend the terms of an aggregate of 14,581,220 outstanding common share purchase warrants that were issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement that closed on Dec. 20, 2022, as follows:

• Of these warrants, 14,581,220 are currently exercisable to acquire common shares of the company at a price of eight cents until Dec. 20, 2025. Under the warrant amendment, the term of the warrants will be extended by an additional 24 months to Dec. 20, 2027. All other warrant terms remain the same. The warrant amendment remains subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Warrantholders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original warrant certificate must be presented to the company in order to effect the exercise of the warrants.
