ONE WORLD LITHIUM PROVIDES UPDATE ON NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND OTHER FUNDING

Further to the first tranche closing of $124,800 on Sept. 14, 2023, of One World Lithium Inc.'s non-brokered private placement, One World is continuing with its offering of up to 15 million units of the company at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 that may close in more tranches. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of eight cents for a period of 36 months from the closing of the offering. The company is also pleased to announce it has closed an unsecured term loan in the amount of $15,000 with bonus warrants. The term loan matures on Jan. 31, 2024, and has an interest rate of 8 per cent per annum. The bonus warrants consist of 300,000 share purchase warrants, which will entitle the holder thereof to purchase 300,000 common shares of the company at a price of five cents for a period of 24 months from the closing of the term loan. The proceeds will be used to finance a bench test for the company's direct lithium extraction technology, which will be a proof of concept including demonstration pictures of the formation of lithium carbonate.
