(CSE-OWLI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the engagement of two experienced groups to augment its online presence: Proactive Investors ("Proactive") and the Bizzo Management Group ("Bizzo"). The Company also announces that it has filed to obtain an OTC:QB listing in the United States.

Proactive Investors operates financial websites providing breaking news and commentary focused on the microcap sector of the stock market.
