Optiva Inc.'s 9.75 per cent senior secured PIK (payment-in-kind) toggle debentures will mature on Sunday, July 20, 2025, as set out in the trust indenture dated July 20, 2020.

As the maturity date is not a business day, the debentures will be halted at the market open and delisted at the close of trading on the business day following the maturity date, being Monday, July 21, 2025.
