NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES APRIL 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of three cents per unit for the month of April, 2024, representing 36 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
