NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 DISTRIBUTION

The trustees of Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution of 6.667 cents per unit for the month of April, 2021, representing 80 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 14, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.

Unitholders can participate in the REIT's distribution reinvestment plan. Eligible investors registered in the DRIP will have their monthly cash distributions used to purchase trust units, and will also receive bonus units equal to 3 per cent of their monthly cash distributions.
