The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement to property option agreement dated Jan. 27, 2024, between the company and the arm's-length optionor for the option to acquire up to a 100-per-cent interest in mining claims located at the Case property near Kirkland Lake, Ont. Pursuant to the terms of the amending agreement the company will issue 600,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per common share to the optionor.
