Pursuant to the company's news release dated March 10, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an amendment to the 3,012,308 common share purchase warrants originally issued pursuant to the private placement that closed on March 21, 2023, and April 7, 2023.

Number of amended warrants:  2.75 million

Original expiry date:  March 22, 2025

New expiry date:  March 22, 2026

Number of amended warrants:  262,308

Original expiry date:  April 8, 2025

New expiry date:  April 8, 2026

All other original terms of the warrants remain unchanged.
