Noram Lithium Announces Executive Chairman Transition
Sandy MacDougall to Remain on Board of Directors
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - November 6, 2026 - Noram Lithium Corp. (TSXV: NRM | OTCQB: NRVTF | Frankfurt: N7R) ("Noram" or the "Company") announces that Sandy MacDougall, Founder and Executive Chairman, has resigned from his executive leadership position, effective November 5, 2026. Mr. MacDougall will continue to serve on the Company's Board of Directors.
As the founder of Noram, Mr. MacDougall played a central role in the Company's development, guiding its evolution and the advancement of its flagship Zeus Lithium Project in Clayton Valley, Nevada. His longstanding commitment, leadership and experience in the capital markets contributed to establishing the Company's foundation and positioning it for future opportunities.
"Being part of Noram's journey from its earliest days has been a source of tremendous pride," commented Sandy MacDougall. "I am grateful for the relationships we have built, the challenges we have overcome and the progress we have made together. I fully understand and recognize the disappointment shareholders feel regarding the delayed work this year. That in conjunction with extremely challenging markets, has without a doubt adversely impacted the Company. Noram has a vital asset in the Zeus Project, and I remain optimistic about the opportunities ahead. While I am stepping away from my executive responsibilities, my commitment to the Company and its shareholders remains strong, and I look forward to continuing to contribute as a member of the Board."
Anita Algie, speaking on behalf of the Board of Directors, commented:
"Mr. MacDougall's vision, dedication and leadership have been integral to Noram's development over the years. On behalf of the Board, we extend our sincere appreciation for his many contributions and the commitment he has demonstrated to the Company and its shareholders. We are pleased that he will remain on the Board, where his extensive experience and knowledge of Noram will continue to be valued as we advance the Company's objectives."
Noram remains focused on advancing its Zeus Project and pursuing opportunities to create long-term value for shareholders.
