GRANT OF RESTRICTED SHARE UNITS
Vancouver, British Columbia August 20, 2026 Noram Lithium Corp. ("Noram" or the
"Company") (TSXV: NRM | OTCQB: NRVTF | Frankfurt: N7R) announces the Company has
granted a total of 2,400,000 restricted share units (the "RSUs") to directors, officers and
consultants of the Company. The RSUs vest one year from the date of grant, and each RSU entitles
the holder to receive one common share of the Company one year from the date of grant.

Noram Lithium Corp. (TSXV: NRM | OTCQB: NRVTF | Frankfurt: N7R) is focusing on
advancing to production its 100%-owned Zeus Lithium Project located in Clayton Valley, Nevada,
