NORAM LITHIUM ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING
All matters submitted to shareholders for approval at Noram Lithium Corp.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on March 12, 2026, in Vancouver, B.C., were approved.
2026 annual general meeting results
At the AGM, the following individuals were re-elected as the directors of the company: Anita Algie, Sandy MacDougall, Arthur Brown, Cyrus Driver and C. Tucker Barrie. The company's amended omnibus equity incentive plan was approved and ratified, and Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, was reappointed as the company's auditor for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2026.
Clarification -- finder warrants
Further to the company's news release dated Feb. 5, 2026, the company wishes to clarify the number of finder warrants issued in connection with the financing described therein. The Feb. 5 release disclosed that 355,550 finder warrants were issued. The correct number of finder warrants issued by the company in connection with the financing is 355,500 finder warrants.
