NORAM ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY LEAVE OF ABSENCE OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Noram Lithium Corp.'s founder and executive chairman, Sandy MacDougall, will be taking a medical leave of absence, effective immediately. Mr. MacDougall is expecting to return to the executive chairman role on or about April 1, 2024.

The board of directors has appointed independent director Cyrus Driver as interim chair until Mr. MacDougall returns.
