The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing of the company's proposal to issue 2,052,966 common shares to four arm's-length parties at a deemed price of 3.5 cents per share and to settle the outstanding debt of $71,853.81 and issue 3,714,286 shares to three non-arm's-length parties to settle outstanding debt for $130,000.
