Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. has closed its private placements previously announced on Feb. 15, 2024, and May 1, 2024, representing a gross aggregate amount of $37.5-million (U.S.) from Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and Pallinghurst Bond Ltd.
