The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's-length asset purchase agreement dated Jan. 21, 2024, under which Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. acquired from Mason Resources Inc. the Lac Gueret property for a consideration of 6,208,210 common shares of the company and a cash payment of $5-million at the start of commercial production at the Lac Gueret property.
