NORSEMONT ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

John Bean, due to personal reasons, has resigned from Norsemont Mining Inc.'s board of directors, effective immediately.

Marc Levy, chief executive officer of Norsemont, said: "We would like to thank John for all his involvement and dedication in advancing the Choquelimpie project since 2022, and wish him the very best in his future endeavours. We look forward to his continued involvement, as an adviser to the company on an as-needed basis."
