NORSEMONT ANNOUNCES GRANT OF RESTRICTED STOCK UNITS

Norsemont Mining Inc., pursuant to its equity incentive plan, has granted restricted stock units (RSUs) to acquire 150,000 common shares in the capital of the company to a director of the company. The RSUs vest quarterly for a period of two years from the date of grant.
