NORTH AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP LTD. ANNOUNCES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

On Feb. 20, 2024, North American Construction Group Ltd.'s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 Canadian cents per common share, payable to common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2024. The dividend will be paid on April 5, 2024, and is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
