At the Meeting, shareholders elected Jingbin Wang, Andrew Lee Smith, Yingting (Tony) Guo and Julie Lemieux as directors of the Company, approved the appointed of MNP LLP Chartered Accountants as auditors for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to set their remuneration, approved the Company's new 10% rolling stock option plan and shareholders also approved by a special resolution the option agreement with 1844 Resources Inc.
