New Leaf Announces Resignation of CEO, CFO and Directors

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, February 27, 2024, New Leaf Ventures Inc. ("New Leaf" or the "Company") (CSE: NLV) announces that effective February 13, 2024, Dean Medwid has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company (a "Director"), and Terence Lee has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. Furthermore, Jay Garnet has resigned as a Director.

Ryan Arthur remains as the only Director and will manage the operations of the Company in the interim.
