NEW LEAF ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CEO, CFO AND DIRECTORS

Effective Feb. 13, 2024, Dean Medwid has resigned as chief executive officer and as a director of New Leaf Ventures Inc. and Terence Lee has resigned as chief financial officer. Furthermore, Jay Garnet has resigned as a director. Ryan Arthur remains as the only director and will manage the operations of the company in the interim.
