VANCOUVER, BC, July 9, 2020 - Nicola Mining Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exch
--->ange (the "Exchange") for an amendment to the terms of the 4,666,665 warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection wi
--->th the Company's private placement that closed on July 23, 2018.  The Company proposes to extend the expiry date of th
--->e Warrants from July 23, 2020 to July 23, 2022.  All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.  The extension 
--->of the expiry date is subject to the approval of the Exchange.
