The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of up to 32.5 per cent of the company's interest in the Nevada North lithium project, pursuant to an amended and restated operating agreement with Evolution Mining Ltd.

Pursuant to the terms of the JV (joint venture) agreement, the company will contribute its rights to the mineral claims comprising the property to a joint venture entity. The JV ownership interests will initially be held 77 per cent by the company and 23 per cent by Evolution. Assuming Evolution satisfies certain financing obligations of the JV up to an amount of $10-million, Evolution may increase its JV ownership interest to up to 32.5 per cent, with the company owning the remaining 67.5-per-cent JV ownership interest.
