The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced Feb. 2, 2024.
Number of shares: 8.4 million flow-through (FT) common shares;
3.6 million common shares
Purchase price: 17.5 cents per FT share; 10 cents per share
Number of placees: eight placees
Finder's fee: $128,100 cash and 840,000 warrants
Finder's warrant terms: Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of 10 cents for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
The company issued a news release on Feb. 23, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
