The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a settlement agreement dated March 6, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length party, whereby the company has increased the area covered by its Mousseau West graphite project in Quebec by additional 101.64 hectares to a total of 590.54 hectares.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company made a $50,000 cash payment and issued 100,000 common shares at a deemed price of 50 cents per share to the vendor for the additional area of the project.
