The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that NFI Group Inc. subscription receipts have been delisted, effective at the close on Aug. 25, 2023. According to the TSX, the transactions satisfying the escrow release conditions have closed and holders of the subscription receipts will receive one share of the company per subscription receipt held.

The TSX notes that the subscription receipts are held in the book entry system administered by CDS and no individual certificates are issued. As such, holders of subscription receipts need not take any action in order to receive the shares.
