NUCLEAR FUELS PROVIDES CLOSING UPDATE ON TRANSACTION WITH PREMIER AMERICAN URANIUM INC.

Nuclear Fuels Inc., in connection with the statutory plan of arrangement involving Nuclear Fuels and Premier American Uranium Inc., has agreed to extend the closing date of their plan of arrangement to on or before Sept. 10, 2025, in order to accommodate delays in the receipt of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
