NEVADA SUNRISE INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

Nevada Sunrise Metals Corp. has entered into an advertising and investor awareness campaign with Dig Media Inc. doing business as Investing News Network. INN is a private company headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, dedicated to providing independent news and education to investors since 2007.

For the 14-month term of the agreement, INN will provide advertising to increase awareness of the company's business. The cost of the campaign is $40,000 payable in Canadian funds. INN currently holds no securities in Nevada Sunrise.

Nevada Sunrise is a junior mineral exploration company with a strong technical team based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, that holds interests in gold, copper and lithium exploration projects located in the state of Nevada, United States.

As a complement to its exploration projects in Esmeralda county, the company owns Nevada water right permit 86863, also located in the Lida Valley basin, near Lida, Nev.
