NTG CLARITY ANNOUNCES WORK VALUED AT $10.9 MILLION

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. has received new purchase orders (POs) and contract renewals totalling approximately $10.9-million from existing and new customers.

• $1.4-million in new purchase orders for offshore and on-site software development services from three new IT services customers;
• $9.5-million in contract renewals, expansions and related purchase orders including:
  • $3.6-million in renewed contracts for both offshore and on-site software development services.
    • Several of these renewals include an increase in the number of contracted resources.
  • $2.7-million in new purchase orders for offshore and on-site software development services.
    • These POs represent billings against the previously announced $53-million three-year framework contract announced in August, 2024. The framework contract sets the minimum proposed spend, while purchase orders are issued for specific scopes of work as the engagement progresses and delivery ramps up.
  • $2.9-million in purchase orders for NTGapps with existing IT services clients.
    • These POs represent billings against the previously announced $53-million three-year framework contract announced in August, 2024, at a rate 33 per cent higher than originally contracted.
  • $300,000 in other purchase orders for NTGapps with existing telecom and food and beverage clients.
