NTG CLARITY SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WHILE SHOWCASING AT TWO GLOBAL TECH CONFERENCES

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. participated in the MWC Barcelona 2024 and LEAP 2024 technology conferences over the past two weeks. Activities at LEAP 2024 led to the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with an e-commerce software company in the Middle East.

MWC Barcelona is an annual conference in Barcelona, Spain, dedicated to showcasing innovation in the telecommunications industry. Historically, the majority of NTG's business has been in the telecom sector. MWC Barcelona 2024, with over 100,000 attendees from Feb. 26 to Feb. 29, was an excellent opportunity to reconnect with customers and partners and forge new connections and opportunities.

LEAP 2024 is an emerging annual tech conference hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With more than 170,000 attendees from March 4 to March 7, it has become the world's most attended tech event. With most of NTG's business coming from Saudi Arabia, LEAP provides a valuable opportunity to meet with worldwide potential customers and partners in an environment where the company has had the most success.

At LEAP 2024 NTG signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a leading e-commerce software provider based out of the Middle East. The MoU signifies an intended collaborative partnership where NTG will provide resources for software development work, and the partner will promote the company's NTGapps proprietary software platform. The company hopes to see further growth in its software business segment as a result of this MoU.
