Nubeva Announces Ltd. Obtains Access to Frontier AI Model for Defensive Cybersecurity Work

SAN JOSE, Calif., September 3, 2026 - Nubeva Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V: NBVA) ("Nubeva" or the "Company"), a cybersecurity company specializing in ransomware decryption and recovery, announces that it has been approved for access to a frontier artificial intelligence model made available to vetted organizations for authorized defensive cybersecurity work.

Access to models of this class is granted on an application basis and requires verification of the applicant's identity and intended defensive use.

Nubeva intends to evaluate the model's application to its ransomware detection and decryption technology, including its agent software deployed on enterprise systems. The Company is in the early stages of this evaluation.
