NUBEVA ANNOUNCES AMENDED STOCK OPTION PLANS

Nubeva Technologies Ltd. has replaced its current 20-per-cent fixed share option plan and has adopted the 2023 fixed share option plan to increase the number of common shares issuable upon the exercise of options from a maximum of 13.1 million common shares to 13.5 million common shares. In addition, the company replaced its current restricted share unit plan and adopted the 2023 restricted share unit plan to reduce the number of common shares issuable from a maximum of 500,000 common shares to 100,000 common shares. The aggregate maximum number of common shares which may be issued upon exercise of stock options or issuance of restricted share units remains unchanged at 13.6 million.

The 2023 option plan and the 2023 RSU plan are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and disinterested shareholder approval. The company will seek approval of shareholders for the 2023 option plan and the 2023 RSU plan at its coming annual general and special meeting.
