MOUNTAIN VALLEY MD ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc. has granted stock options pursuant to its existing stock option plan.

The board has granted to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants an aggregate of three million stock options. The options vest 20 per cent on the date of grant, 30 per cent on the six-month anniversary of the date of grant and 50 per cent on the one-year anniversary of the date of grant. The options have a term of five years and are exercisable at six cents per share.
