PROMINO ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has appointed Tyler Friesen as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 9, 2026.

Mr. Friesen brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience to Promino. He is the owner of Kingfisher Consulting Ltd., a private accounting and advisory firm providing accounting and fractional CFO services to listed issuers in Canada, which specializes in financial strategy and corporate reporting. Mr. Friesen holds an arts degree from the University of Calgary and is a CPA, CA.

Mr. Friesen replaces Moira Ong as chief financial officer. During her tenure at Promino, Ms. Ong played a vital role in strengthening the company's financial and operational discipline.

Ms. Ong will remain with the company through October, 2026, to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
