PROMINO ENGAGES GOLD STANDARD MEDIA

Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has entered into a marketing service agreement with Gold Standard Media LLC, an arm's-length marketing and communications firm.

Under the agreement, Gold Standard Media will provide the company with financial publishing, digital marketing, content distribution and related communications services intended to broaden awareness of the company among North American investors and the financial community.

The agreement has a term of three months commencing on or about July 10, 2026, for total consideration of $125,000 (U.S.), payable by the company. The agreement may be terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.

Gold Standard Media is based in Georgetown, Tex., and is headed by Kenneth Ameduri. To the knowledge of the company, neither Gold Standard Media nor its principals currently own any securities of the company or have any right to acquire securities of the company, other than securities that may be acquired in the ordinary course through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange or other marketplaces.

The company is engaging Gold Standard Media as part of its continuing marketing and communications initiatives to broaden awareness of Promino and its business. Gold Standard Media may engage third party publishers, advertising platforms and content distribution providers in connection with the services to be provided under the agreement.
