The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated Aug. 23, 2019, between Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. and Gold Fountain Resources Inc. (the vendor), whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the More Creek property in British Columbia. Consideration is 160,000 common shares.
