M3 METALS TERMINATES MOHAVE OPTION

M3 Metals Corp. has terminated its option agreement dated Oct. 8, 2019, from two separate vendors to acquire a 100-per-cent right, title and interest in the Mohave mine gold project.

The company has elected not to continue with the payment schedule on the option and will focus on other opportunities.

Corporate

The company has also granted 800,000 stock options at 47 cents to directors and consultants, exercisable for five years from the date of regulatory approval.
