DIVIDEND NOTICE

Metro Inc. is declaring a quarterly dividend of 30.25 cents per common share, which is the same amount as the quarterly dividend declared for the previous quarter. This dividend is payable on Nov. 14, 2023, to shareholders of record as at Oct. 27, 2023.
