Further to its bulletin dated Aug. 8, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that the 1:3 rollback of Mogo Inc.'s shares has been delayed. The TSX will issue another bulletin once the effective date of the rollback is confirmed. Until such time, the shares will continue on a preconsolidated basis.
