The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Mogo Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-three-old basis, effective at the open on Aug. 10, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol MOGO. The new Cusip number is 60800C 20 8.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued as a result of the consolidation. Fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half will be rounded to the next whole number of shares; otherwise, the fractional share will be cancelled.
