Monumental Energy to extend 12.61 million warrants

MONUMENTAL ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Monumental Energy Corp., subject to certain conditions and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, intends to extend the expiry date of certain outstanding share purchase warrants of the company. A total of 12,612,571 share purchase warrants were originally issued by the company pursuant to the closing of a non-brokered private placement on April 11, 2023 (see the company's news release dated April 11, 2023). Eleven million four hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred eighty-four warrants have an exercise price of 25 cents per share (the original exercise price of 30 cents was amended to 25 cents in February, 2025) and 1,138,287 warrants have an exercise price of 30 cents per share (the original exercise price). The warrants expire April 11, 2026. No warrants have been exercised to date. The company is seeking approval of the exchange to extend the expiry date of the warrants to April 11, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain the same.
